The BC coast is also a prime breeding ground for penguins. Like most birds, the penguins migrate. They follow the whales North to Alaska (would that be a good name for a song?) 

One tanker full of Tar sands Crude would ruin a lot of Tuxedos. Here comes the caps: "KEEP THE TANKERS AWAY FROM THE BC COAST."

So, for a bit of fun, I decided to list something to do this weekend Savona Harvest Festival .  Sunday, Sept 7 - 9am to 1pm. at the Savona Park boat launch. There will bw venders et. Lions Club Bingo in Cache Creek.  At the community Hall. Monday, September 8.  6pm start.  There are some big cash prizes.  So arrive early. Clinton - Music in the Park Saturday, September 6 11am to 5pm. Food vendors, great music, and it's FREE.
